How can I make the caption buttons in Vista Home Basic look like ones in Vista Home Premium?

the caption buttons are the cross out/maximize/and minimize buttons,





I have already tried changing the size but they still don't look similar....

I need the cross out, minimize, and maximize buttons to look like those in other Vista editions rather than those in Home Basic... any help would be appreciated thanks!

You run Premium (or higher). That's one of the inherent differences between them.
